Implementing the Prime Minister's Decision No. 411/QD-TTg on the national strategy on developing a digital economy and digital society, Ninh Binh has actively supported local businesses and business households in developing digital economy, thereby contributing to increasing effectiveness of production and business and creating momentum for rapid and sustainable socio-economic development in the new period.

The prerequisite for Vietnam's digital economy to go further is to optimise modern scientific and technological advancements in accordance with Vietnam's own approach, according to Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive President of CMC Corporation.
